I’m Alecia McGuire, and helping people is what I was made to do. With over 20 years in the service industry, I’ve built my life around connecting with others, showing compassion, and making a positive impact. My faith in God is the foundation of who I am, and I believe He led me to this path to serve others with heart and integrity. My daughters are my world, and being their mom is my greatest joy. I’m also a proud dog mom to two sweet pups who fill our home with love. Life is full of laughter, love, and the beautiful chaos of raising a family. Outside of work, I find peace in simple joys—baking, gardening, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and attending live music festivals with my husband. These moments ground me and remind me why “home” is sacred. For me, it’s all about people—building trust and walking alongside others through life’s transitions. I lead with honesty, heart, and faith in everything I do. This isn’t just my job—it’s who I am, and I’m grateful for the chance to do what I love every day.

My Bio:

I’ve always enjoyed working with people and being part of meaningful moments in their lives. With a background in customer service, stepping into real estate felt like a natural fit. I value building real connections, listening closely, and helping guide clients through the process of finding a home that truly fits them.

As a wife, mom to two daughters, and dog mom, I know how important home is. It’s not just about the house itself, it’s about how it supports your day-to-day life and the memories you create there.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or making a change, I focus on keeping things clear, organized, and moving forward. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, gardening, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and getting out to live music whenever I can. Those are the moments that matter most, and they’re what remind me why helping people find the right home is so important.

Let’s turn your dreams into keys and open the door to your next chapter—together.
